SHAH ALAM: A 20,000 sq ft paper and plastic recycling factory in Kampung Jawa here was destroyed by fire this afternoon.
Six fire engines were sent to fight the fire in the 3.23pm incident at the light industrial area on Jalan Dato Sellathevan, off Jalan Kebun.
One of the fire marshals on site told FMT they had yet to put out the fire as at 5pm because of the highly combustible materials.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
