PETALING JAYA: Selangor Perkasa Chief Abu Bakar Yahya today announced his resignation and said he was joining Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).
He has written a letter to Perkasa Chief Ibrahim Ali, Malay Mail Online reported.
“My action might lead to all sorts of perceptions but they are not going to be an obstacle for us to continue helping and becoming a patriots,” he said in a statement
Abu Bakar stated that his last day as the state leader was Oct 4.
However, he remains an ordinary member of Perkasa.
