Woman falls to death from 8th floor of PD hotel

The 26-year-old woman is believed to have fallen from the eighth floor onto a balcony on the first floor of the hotel.

A 26-year-old woman was found dead after a fall from the eighth floor of a hotel in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, yesterday.

Port Dickson fire and rescue department chief Kamal Timar said they were alerted to the incident at around 6.30pm.

“The victim is believed to have fallen (from the eighth floor) onto a balcony on the first floor of the hotel,” he said, according to Sinar Harian.

The victim was declared dead by medical officers and the case has been handed to the police for further investigation.

Port Dickson police chief Maslan Udin confirmed the incident report and said their investigation was still in the early stages.
