PETALING JAYA:
Several parts of the Klang, Shah Alam and Petaling districts in Selangor are facing water cuts after a pipe burst at Jalan Budiman, Section 22 in Shah Alam.

Air Selangor said the water supply disruption started at about 6pm today to make way for repair works, which are expected to be done by 4am tomorrow.

“Water supply will be distributed to consumers in stages when the repair works are completed and the main water supply distribution system has been stabilised. Water supply is expected to be fully restored at 6am on Tuesday,” it said in a statement.

Water tankers will be mobilised to the affected areas, with hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and funeral homes prioritised.

The list of affected areas can be found here.
