PETALING JAYA: A 51-year old man has been charged with 35 counts of raping, sodomising and physically abusing his 18-year old daughter.
The lorry driver’s three sons, aged 23, 27 and 29, were also charged with 18 counts of the same offence at the Ayer Keroh magistrates’ court on Wednesday.
The four, however, claimed trial to raping, outraging the modesty and abusing the girl at a house in Tanjung Minyak here between March 1, 2020, and Feb 1, 2021, The Star reported.
Bail was set at RM8,000 each for the offences for all the four accused.
The court fixed June 8 for the next mention.
On April 23, Berita Harian reported that the four men had sexually assaulted the victim repeatedly over the period mentioned.
Her brothers would take turns to rape and molest her at home.
And at night, she would be raped by her father and would be beaten if she resisted.
