Johor Sultan presents Myvis to nurses from the royal ward

Sultan Ibrahim's Facebook page shares photos of handing over ceremony, the cars were given in appreciation of services to the Johor royal family.

JOHOR BAHRU:
The Sultan of Johor today presented Perodua Myvis to 10 nurses from the Sultan Aminah Hospital (HSA) royal ward, here.

According to a post, which included a photo of the nurses, on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s Facebook account, the cars were given in appreciation of their contribution and services to him and the royal family of Johor.

The cars were handed over to the nurses in a ceremony at Kasawari Motors Sdn Bhd in Larkin, here, by Kasawari Motors director Muhammad Fahmi Hassan.

According to the post, nursing supervisor Rokiah Samin, who has been with the HSA royal ward since 2006, expressed her gratitude for the gift.

“Representing the others, I am very thankful to His Majesty Tuanku Sultan for the gifts,” she said.

“It is of great value to all of us and we will also always pray for the well-being and health of the Sultan and the royal family of Johor.”

Nuraini Aziz, 28, who attended the event despite being under confinement having given birth three days ago, said she was grateful and that they would continue to give the best service to the Sultan and the royal family of Johor.
