If your answer to all three questions is yes, then you will certainly find yourself at home at Hugo’s during their Blues & BBQ Sundays.
From this month until the end of the year, they are offering a remarkable deal with an all-you-can-eat barbecue buffet at RM60 per person.
The barbecue is held from 12pm to 7pm, and is available every first and third Sunday of the month until December.
Cooking on the burning grill are marinated lamb steaks, chicken wings, jumbo chicken sausages, grilled fish, marinated squid, chicken and beef satay, baked potatoes, corn on the cob and grilled tomatoes with herbs.

The food here is pork-free and served fresh, as can be attested by the quality of the meat. All you have to do is simply take your pick from the many food choices available and hand it over to the friendly chef who will grill your food to perfection in ten to twenty minutes.
Of particular note, the beef and chicken satay are deliciously tender and taste twice as good when coated with peanut sauce.
The baked potatoes too are a savoury treat with their crispy skin, especially when eaten alongside fresh fish and juicy tomatoes.

The lamb is cooked expertly, and you will never have to battle with tough, rubbery meat as can be common at some barbecues. Instead it is melt-in-your-mouth and flavourful, especially with the accompanying black pepper or mushroom sauce.
Do bring your children along as kids aged seven and below get to eat for free.
In addition to the delicious food, wine connoisseurs can treat themselves to a good glass of red or white, as the Wine Buffet is priced at a reasonable RM100.
It is a three-hour free flow, so don’t hold back on your drinking and enjoy yourself with a good bottle of either French or Argentinian red and white wine.

The wine selection includes the Argentinian Casa de Campo red wine and two variants of the French Bellevie Pavillon, namely the Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.
If you are fond of beer rather than wine, you will be glad to learn that you are entitled to ten glasses of Carlsberg for an attractive price of RM99.
After feasting on your food and drink, expect to sway to the lively melodies of blues music played by the talented musicians of the G.I.T Project (Gideon Iskandar Tan Project).
From 3pm onwards, be wowed by the tunes being belted out by lead singer and guitarist Sherman Tan, accompanied by his band mates, keyboardist Teddy Iskandar and drummer Gary Gideon.

“Sundays are all about family, friends and lazy afternoons. Our Sunday Blues and BBQ event aims to recreate a slower pace of enjoying great food while celebrating friendship,” says Rajesh Daswani, Hugo’s KL’s General Manager.
“Our menu will appeal to all BBQ lovers, while live jazz and blues music from 3pm will provide the perfect soundtrack.”
The next Blues & BBQ Sunday is slated for October 20 and in expectation of positive public reception, Hugo’s KL is considering extending the event into the coming year.
So, if you are looking for a fun way to spend a Sunday with skewers and a wine glass in hand, head over to Hugo’s KL at the Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC.
