<p>After being locked up at home for the most part of the year, 57-year-old Ah Chai is glad he can finally return to showing tourists around the historical city of Melaka on his faithful trishaw.</p>
<p>The opening up of interstate travel brought much-needed hope for trishaw rider Ah Chai, who was forced to collect tin cans and cardboard boxes for recycling to make a few bucks during the lockdown.</p>
