<p>Eighty-one-year-old Winson Chai is known for selling delicious charcoal-toasted &#8220;bak kwa&#8221; buns on his motorcycle along the streets of Pudu in Kuala Lumpur.</p>
<p>The buns are filled with non-halal dried meat, chicken floss and cucumbers, and topped with either chilli or tomato sauce or both. They have been a hit among KL-ites for the past 41 years.</p>
