
PETALING JAYA: The finance ministry said today that RON97 and diesel prices in West Malaysia will reduce by four sen for the coming week.
RON97 will retail at RM3.14 per litre, while diesel will be sold at RM2.89 per litre.
The price of unsubsidised RON95 petrol remains unchanged at RM2.60 per litre.
The subsidised RON95 petrol under the BUDI95 programme also stays at RM1.99 per litre.
Meanwhile, the retail price of diesel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan remains unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
These prices will be in effect until Oct 29.
In a statement, the ministry said the government will continue to monitor global crude oil price trends and take appropriate measures to ensure the people’s continued welfare and wellbeing.
