
PETALING JAYA: The finance ministry said today the prices of RON97 and RON95 petrol will remain unchanged for the coming week.
The price of RON97 is maintained at RM3.18 per litre, and non-subsidised RON95 at RM2.60 per litre.
The subsidised RON95 petrol under the BUDI95 programme also stays at RM1.99 per litre.
Meanwhile, the retail price of diesel in Peninsular Malaysia remains at RM2.93 per litre, and RM2.15 per litre in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
These prices will be in effect until Oct 22.
In a statement, the ministry said the government will continue to monitor global crude oil price trends and take appropriate measures to ensure the people’s continued welfare and wellbeing.
