PETALING JAYA: Several areas in the Klang Valley were allegedly hit by a power outage this evening.
According to netizens, among the areas that experienced a blackout included Section 8, here, Universiti Malaya, Bukit Damansara and Mont Kiara.
Other social media users on X said Midvalley Shopping Mall, Pavilion Damansara and TRX were also affected.
Some netizens are also claiming there are power outages in Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Kuantan and Sendayan.
In a Facebook post, Tenaga Nasional Bhd confirmed power outages in Kepong and Kuala Lumpur.
It said its technicians were on site to restore power.
“We appreciate your patience and regret any inconvenience caused.”
