PETALING JAYA: Two police officers were seriously injured after being buried by a landslide during a bomb detonation exercise in Taman Sri Lambak, Kluang, earlier today.
Harian Metro reported that the victims are believed to have sustained severe injuries to several parts of their bodies.
The two officers from the Johor police headquarters’ bomb disposal unit were admitted to the intensive care unit at Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom Hospital in Kluang.
Johor police chief M Kumar confirmed the incident but declined to comment further.
