Motorist sideswipes 4 cars at traffic lights and flees on foot

Cops later find an assorted variety of drugs in the car and three handphones.

Police are tracking down a driver who crashed into four cars on Jalan Cheras yesterday before fleeing on foot.

He abandoned his car near the Sunway Medical Centre, Bernama reported.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Rusdi Isa said they found packets of methamphetamine, Eremin 5, ketamine and ecstasy pills, worth RM10,577 in the car, besides three mobile phones and two residential access cards.

He said police received reports from the four vehicle owners.

A motorist hit four stationary cars from behind at 9.40pm yesterday near the Sunway Medical Centre traffic lights, Rusdi said.
