PETALING JAYA:
An auxiliary police car was torched early this morning with a Molotov cocktail near the Mutiara Damansara MRT station.

Harian Metro quoted Petaling Jaya police chief Fakhrudin Hamid as saying that a man had been arrested over the incident which occurred at around 1am today.

The suspect reportedly uploaded a five-second video of himself with the police car while it was on fire.

“Satisfied that I got to burn a police car #polistakdekeje (or #thepolicehavenothingtodo),” he said in his posting.

Vulgarities directed at federal ministers were also seen spray-painted on the glass walls of a bus stop nearby.
