
He claimed that the representatives from the opposition bloc were promised allocations that were currently only given to government MPs.
“This is a corrupt practice, and I request that this matter be discussed. It’s of public interest, and the people want to know what’s happening,” Shahidan said in the Dewan Rakyat.
Deputy speaker Ramli Nor said he took note of Shahidan’s proposed motion.
So far, four PN MPs have declared their support for Anwar’s administration, with the most recent being Jeli MP Zahari Kechik.
All four are Bersatu MPs.
The other three are Kuala Kangsar MP Iskandar Dzulkarnain Abdul Khalid, Labuan MP Suhaili Abdul Rahman, and Gua Musang MP Azizi Abu Naim.
Earlier today, Suhaili confirmed receiving allocations for his constituency after declaring support for Anwar on Oct 30.
