ALOR GAJAH:
Alor Gajah is shaping up to be one of the seats to watch in this general election (GE15), with its former MP Redzuan Yusof embroiled in a four-cornered fight.

Perikatan Nasional’s Redzuan, a Bersatu Supreme Council member, is facing Umno information chief Shahril Hamdan (for Barisan Nasional), former Melaka chief minister Adly Zahari (Pakatan Harapan), and Nazriq Abdul Rahman (Pejuang).

About 300 supporters of the various parties had gathered at the Alor Gajah UiTM campus here, as the candidates submitted their nomination papers.

In 2014, Redzuan won the seat on a PH ticket by more than 6,000 votes, defeating candidates from BN and PAS.
