PETALING JAYA: Police are on the hunt for a man who was caught on video attacking a homeless man outside a luxury shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur.
A widely-shared video posted online yesterday showed the victim being pushed and struck outside the Lot 10 shopping centre in Bukit Bintang.
Dang Wangi district police chief Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the police began tracking down the suspect “as soon as the video went viral”.
He urged anyone with information on the incident to come forward or contact by phone the Dang Wangi district police (03-26002222), the Kuala Lumpur police (03-21159999) or by visiting the nearest police station.
