IPOH: A woman under surveillance is going around Chemor here on a motorcycle while wearing the pink wristband and police are now looking for her.
The woman was spotted riding her bike in the Bandar Baru Sri Klebang area, in Chemor here, recently.
Ipoh district deputy police chief Lee Swee Sake said the police received a report on the matter yesterday and further investigations were being carried out.
“We will issue her a compound if she has actually committed an offence,” he said today.
He said the woman was believed to have used the motorcycle to go and buy essential items at a sundry shop and the police were trying to identify her by studying the video.
The nine-second video which has gone viral on WhatsApp shows an individual riding a black Honda EX5 motorcycle. It was recorded by a member of the public.
