JOHOR BAHRU:
Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin is expected to chair the inaugural Johor Perikatan Nasional (PN) state liaison committee meeting at Putrajaya tomorrow.

The meeting is expected to set the direction for a massive nationwide plan that will focus on helping to restore the lives of those severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, a Johor PN spokesman said.

Muhyiddin, who is also the PN chairman, is also expected to announce details of the PN state level structural organisation.

“The meeting will also formulate and coordinate all party programmes and activities with the appointment of parliamentary and constituency coordinating committee members,” the spokesman told Bernama.

He said the formation of a structural alliance comprising PPBM and PAS as well as the planned PN programmes and activities are expected to be the model for other states to follow.
