Sinar Harian group editor-in-chief passes away

PETALING JAYA:
Sinar Harian group editor-in-chief Baharom Mahusin has passed away. He was 54.

It is understood that Baharom had been ill and, according to a Sinar Harian report, he passed away this morning at the University Malaya Medical Centre.

Baharom was appointed to head the Malay-language daily in April 2019 after stints in senior positions in Kosmo! and Utusan Malaysia.

He had also served as Utusan Malaysia’s correspondent in London in a journalism career spanning 28 years.
