
Naroden, who is also assistant minister for entrepreneur and small medium enterprises development, said he would cooperate with the anti-graft agency.
“As the matter has been reported to the MACC, it’s best to leave the matter to them,” the Gedong assemblyman said in a statement issued here today.
On Feb 13, Sarawak MACC director Razim Mohd Noor confirmed that the commission had received a report claiming that Naroden had abused his powers for self-gratification.
Recently, it was reported that former journalist Joseph Tawie lodged a report at the MACC on Feb 8 claiming that Naroden had misappropriated a piece of land in Simunjan for himself.
