However, he did not shoot down this possibility entirely.
“This is not true at all although I admit there have been certain quarters who have attempted to discuss this issue.
“But as a politician, you can’t ever say ‘it is fixed’. Who knows what the latest developments will be? But for now, the issue has not arisen,” he told FMT.
Chan said DAP had not thought of using Warisan’s banner as its common logo.
“Following DAP’s national decision to adopt the PKR logo for the 14th general election (GE14), Sabah DAP held its own meeting and we decided to stick with our rocket logo.
“Basically, Warisan is not a component of PH although we do have an electoral understanding with them. So it’s a bit different, compared with the national level.
“If Warisan is part of PH, then we don’t mind using their symbol as a common logo,” he said.
