Magistrate Nurulfitriza Abd Latif handed down the sentence on Mohd Nor Izwan Shah Mustapha Kamal, 37, who was charged with abetting three others to obtain the fake medical certificates.
The offence was allegedly committed at a car park at Jalan Yamtuan, Seremban, on April 18 last year.
Izwan was sentenced to six months’ jail on each count, but ordered to serve them concurrently from the date of his arrest last Jan 4.
Deputy public prosecutor Soo Kok Weng prosecuted.
