KUALA LUMPUR: PAS guarantees it will not face PKR in the upcoming Sarawak State Elections, PAS Electoral Chief Mustafa Ali confirmed in a press conference today.
“We have no such deal with DAP. We will discuss with PKR to avoid meeting each other in the state polls,” he told a press conference today.
PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man also expressed hope that DAP would not place candidates in areas they were contesting in, to prevent the occurrence of a three-cornered fight.
He however said PAS had a chance of winning even if there was a three-cornered fight.
“We look at the demographics of constituencies. Sometimes, there are chances of winning,” he added.
