TAMPIN: Former Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin believes the status quo will remain for all six states, but says this will largely depend on the turnout of Malay voters.
The former health minister said he expected Malay voters’ turnout to be at 85%.
“The outcome of the state elections (very) much depends on the wave of Malay voters tomorrow. It will determine whether it remains three-three, or if there will be a ‘surprise’,” Khairy told reporters in Gemas.
