It’s been a rough few years, and the reality is that 2023 will continue to be a challenging time for many. What if you could generate extra revenue from unused spaces, or during non-business hours, in your venue?

Set The Tables is pleased to announce “Spaces”, a listing created for the industry, by the industry. The initiative is aimed at revolutionising access to F&B venues to empower the community, generate revenue, and help participants achieve their goals.

Who is ‘Spaces’ aimed at?

“Spaces” will inform prospective clients, in full transparency, of all they need to know when planning pop-ups, residencies, and other such events – including rental rates, kitchen equipment, amenities, seating capacity, access hours, and more.

This directory is for anyone in the F&B industry, including avid chefs and bartenders, who wish to rent an establishment for pop-ups, workshops, or temporary or permanent residences.

These spaces are opportunities for you to test out passion projects and new concepts, as well as run events for additional exposure, networking and income.

Who should submit their space?

This is a call for venue submission from those in the hospitality industry, including:

  • F&B outlets such as restaurants and cafés that wish to rent out their spaces during non-business hours;
  • general venues with kitchen facilities and areas for dining in;
  • event spaces such as REXKL that have stalls and are looking for tenants.

At this initial stage, all venues will be featured on Set The Tables’ Instagram profile for free. Set The Tables is also happy to manage minimal ad buys to boost your spaces.

This feature is available for locations in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Bangkok.

How does it work?

All you have to do is contact Set The Tables with the following details:

  • information about your business/venue;
  • at least three high-resolution images of your space;
  • seating capacity;
  • how people can potentially use your space;
  • equipment provided;
  • location, including details on why it is strategic;
  • contact details (mobile number, email); and
  • any other info that would be relevant to chefs, bartenders, and other F&B personnel to realise their events and projects.

To submit your details or find out more information, email Theri at [email protected] or send her a DM via Instagram.
