But wait! This spread goes beyond Malaysia’s borders, offering delectable dishes from around the world.
Themed ‘Selera Serantau’, this year’s ‘buka puasa’ spread is curated by the restaurant’s talented culinary expert Chef Ahjoy.

The Malay-style fish head curry is to die-for. Cooked in a thick curry laden with aubergines, onions, okra, and green chilli, there is great depth of flavour in this dish. Of course, it is best enjoyed with plain white rice.
For something Mediterranean, a serving (or two) of lamb mandi will satisfy your taste buds. Best enjoyed with a serving of aromatic biryani rice, the meat is cooked to perfection, flavourful and tender.

Feeling a little Spanish today? The restaurant’s seafood paella is a glorious dish with vibrant colours, tantalising aromas and the familiar briny seafood and citrusy flavours often associated with paella. Get ready for generous portions of prawns and mussels guaranteeing you a lip-smacking mouthful time and again.

The seafood platter is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Chunks of crabmeat, giant prawns, and hard-to-resist clams adorn the platter with condiments on the side to bring out its subtle flavours.
The Japanese sushi selection is also tempting with every imaginable sushi creation looking more like pieces of art that may proof a tad too pretty to eat.
For poultry, the Indian-inspired tandoori chicken is a great option. Baked to perfection, the meat is tender and packed with flavour with the charred bits giving a crunchy texture and that added oomph!
The famous Thai pandan-chicken is another crowd-pleaser. Wrapped in pandan leaves, then grilled till the meat is tender, these parcels are also packed with flavour.

If no meal feels quite complete without something distinctly Malaysian, fret not as the restaurant’s rendang chicken promises full-on flavour with every bite.
There is also a delicious local hawker favourite – satay with ketupat, raw onions, cucumber slices and the all-important peanut sauce.
For desserts, you can fill-up on brownies, fruit tarts, puddings and parfaits as well as Malaysian favourites like cendol and a selection of Nyonya kuih.
