PETALING JAYA: Caely Holdings Bhd saw a major board reshuffle today with the removal of nine directors and the appointment of four new ones after shareholders, representing 52% of shareholding, passed a resolution at an extraordinary general meeting today.
Only non executive non independent director Fong Nyok Yoon remains from the previous board of the lingerie maker, the company said in a statement.
The four new directors are Leong Seng Wui – who is Green Packet Bhd group executive director, Kang Chez Chiang, Ng Keok Chai and Krishnan Dorairaju.
Leong was also appointed chairman to replace Loh Ming Choon.
The company is currently embroiled in legal boardroom tussle that is being heard at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
