ITMAX bags RM105.3mil contract from DBKL

PETALING JAYA:
ITMAX System Bhd has secured a RM105.3 million variation order (VO) from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

In a statement, it said the VO includes an extension of phase 1 of the video surveillance and video messaging signages (VMS) integrated transport information system (Itis) contract.

Originally set to end in 2026, it said that phase 1 of the Itis contract has now been extended until 2029.

Incorporated in 2001, ITMAX is primarily involved in the supply, installation, and provision of public space networked systems.

Its managing director and CEO William Tan said the group will enhance its existing integrated digital infrastructure solutions and systems to meet the evolving needs of its clients and drive digital transformation.

As at 3pm, ITMAX’s share price was up by eight sen or 3.52% at RM2.35, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM2.45 billion.
