One of her victims, Belinda Tan Saw Yin, 48, was cheated of S$280,000 and has received partial restitution of S$95,000.
The court heard that Belinda met Karen, who introduced herself as the owner of Golden Prestige and a luxury handbags business, through a friend in September 2013.
Belinda accepted the chance to invest S$105,000 in Hermes Birkin handbags for high returns.
She was later convinced by a Golden Prestige representative in Malaysia to invest S$75,000 in crude palm oil.
When Belinda failed to receive her promised returns, Karen told her it was because the Malaysian had vanished.
In early March 2014, Belinda was further persuaded to part with S$30,000 by Karen, who said she needed the money to pay the processing fee to withdraw the S$150,000 investment she had made in Aipost, a multi-level marketing trading platform.

Two months later, Teo Hen handed over S$40,000 to Karen to invest in crude palm oil
She has made partial restitution of S$12,000 to Teo Hen.
