
The suspects, who include a woman and three Orang Asli men, were said to have gathered in front of the palace at around 11.40am yesterday, Kosmo reported.
Upon their arrest, the cops seized several sharp weapons from some of the suspects, including a keris, spear and sword.
Police also confiscated wooden sticks, bamboo canes, a copper teapot, copper cups, coins of various currencies and a yellow songket.
The suspects, who are between the ages of 26 and 67, have been remanded until Saturday and are being investigated under Section 143 of the Penal Code for taking part in an unlawful assembly.
The motive of the gathering is still under investigation.
