PETALING JAYA:
A 16-year-old teenager was among two people killed after a car fell into a ravine off Km301.2 of the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway this morning.

Kajang police chief Naazron Abdul Yusof said the car, with four people onboard, was heading to Kuala Lumpur at about 1.45am when it lost control.

He said the 23-year-old male driver and the teenager were confirmed dead at the scene.

“The other two passengers – one man and one woman in their 20s – were injured in their legs and arms, and were sent to Serdang Hospital for treatment, Harian Metro reported.

Naazron said the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing death by reckless or dangerous driving.
