
PETALING JAYA: The price of diesel will go up by three sen in Peninsular Malaysia.
The finance ministry announced that starting tomorrow, diesel will retail at RM2.88 per litre in West Malaysia, up from RM2.85 currently.
The price of diesel in East Malaysia will remain at RM2.15 per litre.
RON97 will still retail at RM3.18 per litre while RON95 will stay at RM2.05 per litre across the country.
These prices will be in effect until July 16.
The ministry said the government would continue to monitor global crude oil price trends and take appropriate measures to ensure the people’s continued welfare and wellbeing.
