PETALING JAYA: A teenage motorcyclist was killed at Km23.6 of the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway this morning after grazing another motorcycle he was trying to overtake.
Port Dickson police chief Maslan Udin said the incident happened at 7.45am when the 19-year-old motorcyclist tried to cut in front of another motorcyclist, a 32-year-old soldier.
“Both riders were headed to Port Dickson from Seremban.
“The teenage rider had tried to cut in front of the soldier, causing both of them to lose control of their motorcycles and crash.
“The victim died at the scene while the soldier suffered injuries to his knee and arm,” Berita Harian quoted him as saying..
The case is being investigated for causing death by reckless driving.
