Kota Bharu police chief Rosdi Daud said a video of the fight was uploaded on Facebook at about 1.40pm today.

A police report has been lodged, and a preliminary investigation found that the incident occurred at about 4.30am on May 23.

“The one-minute-and-25-second video shows a group of men getting out of two cars and assaulting several people at the scene,” he said in a statement today.

He advised the public not to speculate on the incident and urged witnesses to come forward to assist with the investigation.
