JOHOR BAHRU: Kamil Munim and Fadhlina Sidek have been elected the new PKR Youth and Wanita chiefs respectively following the party elections held today.
Kamil, who serves as Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s political secretary in his role as finance minister, won the Youth chief position unopposed.
Kota Damansara assemblyman and Selangor PKR Youth chief Izuan Kasim was elected the deputy PKR Youth chief, while Nabil Halimi, Taufiq Johari, and Chiew Choon Man secured the vice-chief positions.
Fadhlina, who won the Wanita chief post in 2022, successfully defended her position against Ampang MP Rodziah Ismail.
Former Bukit Melawati assemblyman Juwairiya Zulkifli was elected deputy Wanita chief, while Rozana Zainal Abidin, Loh Ker Chean, and Rufinah Pangeran were elected as vice-chiefs.
