KPJ Healthcare Berhad has once again been recognised as one of Malaysia’s most trusted private healthcare providers after securing the Platinum Award in the Private Hospital category of the 2025 Reader’s Digest Malaysia Trusted Brands Survey.

KPJ Healthcare received the Gold Award from 2012 to 2017, followed by eight straight Platinum Awards from 2018 to 2025.

In a statement, it said the award – which is voted for by Malaysian consumers – demonstrates KPJ Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to delivering accessible, patient-focused care grounded in clinical excellence, continuous learning and innovation.

KPJ Healthcare president and managing director Chin Keat Chyuan said the recognition reflects both KPJ’s legacy and its ability to evolve with the needs of today’s patients.

“To be consistently recognised by the public for 14 years is an honour that speaks volumes about the dedication of our people on the ground – from our doctors and nurses to the support teams behind the scenes,” he said.

Now in its 27th year, the Reader’s Digest Malaysia Trusted Brands survey is conducted independently by Catalyst Research and is one of the region’s most established consumer-based evaluations.

Brands are assessed across six key attributes; trustworthiness, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation and social responsibility.
