Cops launch manhunt after pair slashed to death in Klang

Police say they are identifying the assailants involved in a fight at a business premise in Taman Sentosa on Saturday night.

Police are tracking down several people who slashed two men to death in Klang last night.

Klang Selatan police chief Cha Hoong Fong said a member of the public had alerted the police about a fight which left several people injured at Taman Sentosa.

An investigation found that the victims were slashed at a business premise on Jalan Hulubalang 28 at about 10.20pm.

One of the victims had fled after being slashed but was found dead 50m away. The other was rushed to hospital but was confirmed dead on arrival.

“The victims are Malaysians, aged 36 and 28. Their bodies were brought to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital for autopsies to be conducted,” he said in a statement, adding that both had a criminal record.

“Police are identifying the suspects involved.”
