Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd said no one was harmed in the incident while the train station’s structure did not suffer any major damage.
“Train services and the station’s operations continue as usual. All passengers can continue their journeys to their destinations,” it said in a statement.
Rapid Rail added that the site was being cleaned up while a special committee has been tasked with probing the wall’s collapse to ensure the station’s structure is safe.
It said additional auxiliary policemen have been deployed to ease the movement of passengers.
“Rapid Rail apologises for any inconvenience faced by passengers (due to the incident).”
