Pistol, bullets found in probe into teen’s death

The 19-year-old is believed to have fallen to his death from the 12th floor.

PETALING JAYA:
A bag containing a semi-automatic pistol and several bullets was discovered in a vehicle belonging to a 19-year-old believed to have fallen to his death.

Kajang police chief Naazron Abdul Yusof said the matter is under investigation.

In a statement, he said police were informed that a man had fallen from the 12th floor of a building in Kajang.

“We are investigating it as sudden death. A post-mortem is being conducted to determine the cause of death,” he said.

Naazron urged those with information on the case to contact investigating officer Hafeez Hamzah at 019-6556536 or visit the nearest police station.

Separately, Sin Chew Daily reported the parents as saying that the victim was a freelance worker with no financial or mental health issues.
