PETALING JAYA:
Twenty-one students in Form 4 and Form 5 were arrested by police following a brawl at a futsal court near a secondary school in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, recently.

Kota Kinabalu police chief Kasim Muda said the detainees have since been released on police bail and that the fight stemmed from a misunderstanding related to a prior dispute, Sinar Harian reported.

“Some victims were assaulted by a group, causing injuries to several parts of their bodies. They were sent to the hospital for checkups,” he said. Investigations are being held under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
