PETALING JAYA: A 27-year-old woman died after falling from the 22nd floor of an apartment building in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, today.
In a statement, Wangsa Maju police chief Lazim Ismail said a report on the incident was filed by a member of the public at around noon.
He said the victim, a foreigner, was confirmed dead at the scene. Her body has been sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a post-mortem.
“The case has been classified as sudden death,” he said, adding no foul play was suspected.
