PETALING JAYA: A teacher with a private school in Sabah has claimed trial at the sessions court to a charge of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old pupil.
Rhurstern Chin was accused of touching the girl’s chest at a tuition centre in August, the Borneo Post reported. He pleaded not guilty and was released on RM5,000 bail with two local sureties pending disposal of the case.
The 36-year old, who was represented by Sylyester Kuan, was also ordered to report to police twice a month and to surrender his passport to the court.
