KUALA LUMPUR: Police are looking for the driver of a car involved in a hit-and-run incident on the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK) heading towards Balakong at about 4pm yesterday.
Kajang police chief Naazron Abdul Yusof said the car was in the right lane behind a motorcycle before it overtook and swerved into the motorcycle’s path, causing it to crash.
“The 45-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in the head and is being treated at Serdang Hospital. The case is being investigated under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless and dangerous driving,” he said in a statement.
