KUALA LUMPUR: Skeletal remains, believed to be those of an infant, were discovered near the Rawang Bypass yesterday.
Hulu Selangor police deputy chief Asri Mohd Yunus said the remains were found at about 1pm by a 53-year-old man scavenging for old items in the area.
“An investigation paper has been opened under Section 318 of the Penal Code (for disposing the body of a child),” he said in a statement today.
