The first game was a neck-and-neck race as the two teams went into the break 11-10 after a long rally comprising 62 shots gave the Malaysians a slight edge.
However, after the restart, with the strong home support, the world No 42 pair from Korea took eight consecutive points and eventually won the game 21-12 in 21 minutes.
The Koreans carried the same confidence into the second game and led all the way to the break with the score at 11-5.
Despite a valiant effort from Pearly-Thinaah, Na Eun-Hye Jeong kept the momentum going to win the second game 21-11 in 22 minutes for the title.
