MELAKA: A motorcyclist was given first-aid for an arm injury after riding into a cable brought down by a falling tree in Banda Hilir here this afternoon.
Senior fire officer Hazalani Jaafar said a senna tree had fallen across the road, bringing down an electricity post which crashed on a Proton Saga car, Bernama reported.
“The 40-year-old victim was injured after hitting a falling cable. He was given first aid while the car driver did not suffer any injuries,” he said.
