Minister Armizan Mohd Ali says 23 types of commercial vehicles will now be eligible for subsidised diesel.
“Applications can be made through the MySubsidi diesel system starting 10am tomorrow (Monday),” he told reporters in Alor Setar.

The newly-added categories are food catering lorries, food catering vans, food catering buses, service buses, moving service vans, and semi-panel vans.
Also included are combination rigid lorries and rigid lorries in the open platforms, moving services, waste, curtainsiders, agricultural produce, livestock transport and beverages.
Armizan said registration for the 14 types of new vehicles could be done through the website; https://mysubsidi.kpdn.gov.my/.
He said companies applying for the subsidy must be registered for business in Malaysia, with the vehicle having valid and up-to-date road tax and being eligible under the system.
Once the application has been approved, he said the company should immediately submit their application for a fleet card to Petronas, Shell, Petron, Caltex and BHP petrol stations.
“However, each company can only choose three companies,” he said.
Under the first phase of the SKDS 2.0 project, nine types of vehicles were involved, namely rigid lorries (general cargo; luton/box; water tanks; refrigerated; flour tanks; and bottled drinks), prime movers, window vans, and panel vans.
Any queries regarding the matter can be directed to the MySubsidi Diesel System call centre at 03-8882 6769 from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.
