Autistic 6-year-old missing in Damansara

An autistic six-year-old boy has gone missing in Damansara Damai, Petaling Jaya, say police.

Petaling Jaya police chief Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said a missing person’s report was lodged yesterday at 6.36pm after Zayn Rayyan Abdul Mattin went missing.

Zayn was last seen around noon yesterday at Block R of Apartment Idaman in Damansara Damai, wearing a white collared T-shirt with the emblem of SK Damansara Damai 2, a black tracksuit and black school shoes.

“We call on members of the public with information on the victim to contact the nearest police station or the Petaling Jaya district police operations room at 03-79662222,” Fakhrudin said in a statement.

The boy’s mother has also taken to Facebook to ask members of the public to keep an eye out for her son, whom she said cannot speak.
